Thursday 7th at ICKWORTH HOUSE, Park and Gardens (National Trust) 10.00am to 4.00pm "CHILDREN'S COOKERY WORKSHOP - COOKING FOR THE GRAND DINING ROOM" Come with your children to Ickworth to learn what people were eating from the top table in the grand dining room to the lowliest servant in the depths of the kitchen. Learn to make summer pudding for the Lady of the House, Plum Bread for the gardeners and Yorkshire Puddings for the Master of the House. Having cooked all morning we will eat our feast followed by and afternoon of games in the orchard. We will finish with homemade lemonade and our delicious cakes.

THURSDAY 27th at ICKWORTH HOUSE, PARK AND GARDENS (National Trust) "CHRISTMAS TREATS" 10.00am to 4.00pm - Come and make an array of Christmas foods. We will make melt in the mouth Shortbread, Cinnamon Nuts, Walnut Tarts ....... You will create your own mincemeat resulting in a jar to take home as well as produce a delicious buffet with Boxing Day in mind. The Chocolate and Whisky Truffles will really get you in the Christmas Spirit!
