  Feast EAST  
Alison really enjoyed demonstrating in the Cookery Marquee at Tastes of Anglia's showcase event.This is the Eastern Region's biggest festival to celebrate regional food and drink. Fascinating Food and Alison exhibited on 9th and 10th March at Chilford Hall, Linton near Cambridge.


  New Kitchen  
The new kitchen is now being used for Taster Courses. Come and join us to make breads, taste chocolate puddings or create an alfresco feast. A new programme of cookery courses has been published and is included on this website.

  Courses at Peartree Cottage  
The first Groups have enjoyed using the new cooker and soaking up the atmosphere in the spring sunshine. The Norfolk Treacle Tart was delicious!

  WISBECH GUIDED WALKS  
As part of the weekly programme organised by Wisbech Tourist Information Centre "Alison Sloan - cook, writer, broadcaster and food historian will lead us on a "walk" through the history of English puddings using our wonderful summer fruits.
