  FASCINATING FOOD - The Website of Alison Sloan  
Alison Sloan is passionate about food and portrays this through her cookery courses, talks and demonstrations. She not only runs courses from her new kitchen at Pear Tree Cottage but also offers mobile service travelling to venues such as National Trust Properties, Museums, Schools and Community meeting places. Alison also writes about food, broadcasts on television and radio including live 'phone-ins'. Topics include Food History and Healthy Eating (and anything edible in between!)

  READ ALISON  
Fortnightly articles in the Eastern Daily Press and other local publications on all aspects of food and food history. Alison writes menus with a local or historical theme, makes dishes and products for special events including sourcing ingredients through to the preparation and cooking of her own and researched historical recipes. With a wealth of knowledge of Tudor, Georgian and Victorian cookery Alison oversees specialist events such as a Summer garden party or a Christmas Past party.
