Spend the morning in the kitchen with Spring crops such as asparagus,green vegetables, rhubarb and gooseberries concocting wonderful tasty dishes. Sample these for lunch and take the leftovers home for another treat later   FISH on Friday 6th June 2008   Are you aware of the recommended portions of fish for a healthy diet? Do you eat enough oily fish each week? Are you unsure how to tackle fish? Maybe you need some inspiration for recipe ideas......... Enjoy coffee and biscuits on arrival. Then prepare, cook and lunch on some exciting fishy dishes. There might even be some to take away.......   PICNICS AND ALFRESCO DINING on Friday 11th July 2008   Enjoy coffee and a welcoming cake on the patio. Spend the morning in the kitchen making delicious tarts, puddings and salads with the flavour of Summer. Enjoy eating these for lunch in the garden whilst soakin up the atmosphere.
